These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of FASHIBO's Website and services. By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Product Information & Quality

  • FASHIBO specializes in high-quality menswear, including Kabli Panjabis, Panjabis, Pajamas, Chino Pants, and Polo T-shirts.
  • We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
  • All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if a product you ordered is out of stock.

2. Ordering & Confirmation

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation call or SMS may be required to verify the shipping address. FASHIBO reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer is unreachable for confirmation.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it enters our processing phase and cannot be modified or canceled after it has been handed over to the delivery partner.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • We currently accept:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payable to the delivery agent at the time of receipt.
    • Mobile Financial Services: bKash and Nagad.
  • Delivery charges are extra and will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days outside Dhaka.
  • While we strive for timely delivery, FASHIBO is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, or national emergencies.
  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery man or report any issues within 10 days of receipt.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.
  • For bKash/Nagad payments, if a refund is approved (e.g., product out of stock), the refund will be processed to the original payment number within 5–7 working days.

6. Affiliate Program

  • Participants in the FASHIBO Affiliate Program must provide accurate information.
  • Commissions are earned only on successful, completed orders (non-returned).
  • FASHIBO reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting the brand.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The "FASHIBO" name, logo, and all website content (images, text, and designs) are the intellectual property of FASHIBO. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of Bangladesh.
