Refund policy

At FASHIBO, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 10 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • You have the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support via WhatsApp/Phone at [Insert Number] or email us at [Insert Email] with your Order ID and photos of the product.
  • Step 2: Once your request is approved, you can send the product back to our warehouse via your preferred courier or our assigned pick-up agent (where applicable).
  • Note: If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue (customer's mistake), the customer will bear the return shipping cost. If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, FASHIBO will cover all shipping costs.

3. Exchanges (Size/Color)

  • If your Panjabi, Polo, or Chino doesn't fit, we offer a one-time size exchange subject to stock availability.
  • Note: If the return is due to a change of mind or size issue (customer's mistake), the customer will bear the return shipping cost. If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, FASHIBO will cover all shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is out of stock after payment has been made.
  • bKash/Nagad Payments: Refunds will be sent back to the original bKash/Nagad number within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bKash or Nagad to the number provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are dispatched.
  • If an order is canceled while in transit, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer.

6. Delivery Inspection (Important)

We highly recommend checking the product in front of the delivery agent. If you find any visible damage or receive the wrong product, please return it to the delivery agent immediately and notify us.
